Sau khi xuất hiện 2 ca nhiễm Covid-19 ở huyện Thạch Hà, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh đã ra công văn nóng tạm dừng một số hoạt động, cơ sở dịch vụ không thiết yếu để phòng chống dịch.
Tối 5/5, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh đã ra công văn về việc tạm dừng một số hoạt động, dịch vụ không thiết yếu để phòng, chống dịch Covid-19.
Cụ thể, từ 21h ngày 5/5, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh thông báo dừng ngay các dịch vụ không thiết yếu để phòng dịch bao gồm: Cơ sở kinh doanh dịch vụ karoke, quán bar, xông hơi, massage, thẩm mỹ, spa, cắt tóc, gội đầu, dịch vụ thể thao (gym, yoga), điểm ăn uống vỉa hè.
Công văn của tỉnh Hà Tĩnh yêu cầu dừng các cơ sở, hoạt động không thiết yếu để phòng dịch.
Các cơ sở kinh doanh nhà hàng, quán cafe và các cơ sở kinh doanh hàng hóa, dịch vụ khác còn lại được phép hoạt động nhưng phải đảm bảo thực hiện đầy đủ các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 theo quy định 5K, nhất là bắt buộc đeo khẩu trang. Người tham gia phải thực hiện giãn cách, chủ cơ sở phải ghi chép, lưu giữ toàn bộ thông tin nhân viên, khách hàng.
Trường hợp lực lượng chức năng kiểm tra, phát hiện không tuân thủ, vi phạm thì yêu cầu đóng cửa, dừng hoạt động và xử lý nghiêm theo quy định pháp luật.
Bí thư huyện ủy Thạch Hà Nguyễn Thị Nguyệt họp triển khai các phương án phòng chống dịch sau khi địa phương này có 2 ca dương tính.
Trước tình hình dịch bệnh diễn biến phức tạp, Sở GD&ĐT Hà Tĩnh cũng chỉ đạo các phòng giáo dục và trường THPT triển khai kiểm tra, kết thúc kỳ thi học kỳ II trước ngày 8/5.
Theo đó, từ ngày mai 6/5, các trường học ở Hà Tĩnh sẽ chủ động kế hoạch tiến hành thi học kỳ II để kết thúc trước ngày 8/5. Sau khi kết thúc thi học kỳ, các trường tiếp tục thực hiện kế hoạch dạy học và ôn tập trực tuyến cho học sinh để hoàn thành chương trình.
Liên quan đến 2 ca nhiễm Covid-19 vừa được phát hiện tại huyện Thạch Hà, Hà Tĩnh có 14 trường học tạm cho học sinh nghỉ học. Cụ thể, ở huyện Thạch Hà 12 trường học từ mầm non đến THCS có học sinh 3 xã Tượng Sơn, Việt Tiến, Thạch Lạc nghỉ học. Thành phố Hà Tĩnh có 2 trường gồm: Mầm non Tư thục Nguyễn Du và Mầm non iSchool nghỉ học.
Các trường học còn lại trên địa bàn tiếp tục tăng cường, siết chặt công tác phòng chống dịch bệnh, đo thân nhiệt cho học sinh khi đến trường, đồng thời nhắc nhở học sinh thường xuyên đeo khẩu trang, rửa tay sát khuẩn, không tập trung đông người.
Trước đó vào tối 5/5, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh đã tổ chức họp khẩn thực hiện các biện pháp cấp bách phòng chống dịch Covid-19 sau khi phát hiện trên địa bàn huyện Thạch Hà có 2 ca dương tính với virut SARS-CoV-2 sau thời gian cách ly.
2 ca nhiễm Covid-19 được xác định là N.T.H. (SN 1993, trú thôn Sâm Lộc, xã Tượng Sơn, huyện Thạch Hà) và N.T.T. (SN 1989, trú thôn Việt Yên, xã Việt Tiến, Thạch Hà).
Bệnh nhân N.T.T. (SN 1989, trú tại thôn Việt Yên, xã Việt Tiến) về nước, nhập cảnh tại sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất và được cách ly tập trung tại Trường Quân sự TP. HCM (xã Nhuận Đức, huyện Củ Chi) cùng với 4 công dân khác. Trong quá trình cách ly, T. được lấy mẫu xét nghiệm 3 lần đều có kết quả âm tính với SARS-CoV-2.
Đến ngày 30/4, chị T. kết thúc cách ly, rời khu cách ly đi taxi đến bến xe An Sương và thuê nhà nghỉ tại khu vực gần bến xe. Đến 4h sáng ngày 1/5, chị T. bắt xe khách Thiện Phượng về Hà Tĩnh. Sáng 2/5, chị T. đi xe về đến Ngã Ba Giang rồi đi taxi về nhà lúc 6h.
Bệnh nhân N.T.H. (SN 1993, ở thôn Sâm Lộc, xã Tượng Sơn, Thạch Hà) trở về từ Campuchia vào ngày 25/3. Khi về đến Tây Ninh, chị H. được đưa đi cách ly tập trung và lấy mẫu xét nghiệm cho kết quả dương tính với Covid-19 nên được điều trị tại BVĐK Tây Ninh.
Sau 3 lần âm tính, đến ngày 25/4, H. ra sân bay Tây Ninh vào TP.HCM chơi 3 ngày. Ngày 28/4, H. bay về sân bay Vinh. 17h ngày 28/4, người này xuống sân bay và sau đó được người thân đón về bằng ô tô riêng.
Về nhà, H. đã khai báo y tế và được hướng dẫn cách ly tại nhà chị gái ở xóm Sâm Lộc, xã Tượng Sơn từ ngày 29/4/2021. Ngày 1/5/2021, H. có đi về nhà bố mẹ tại xóm 7, xã Thạch Lạc (Thạch Hà) và chỉ tiếp xúc với bố và mẹ.
Sau đó, H. về nhà chị gái tiếp tục thực hiện cách ly tại 1 phòng riêng. Ngày 4/5/2021, H. được lấy mẫu xét nghiệm lần 1 và hôm nay cho kết quả dương tính với vi-rút SARS-CoV-2.
Hiện cơ quan chức năng đã tiến hành phun khử khuẩn các khu vực nơi 2 bệnh nhân này từng di chuyển đến, truy vết các F1, F2 và cách ly 2 thôn nơi ở của các bệnh nhân này.
