Công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Mỹ sẽ là nhà đầu tư thực hiện Khu dân cư đô thị Cánh Buồm tại phường Sông Trí, thị xã Kỳ Anh, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh với tổng mức đầu tư 160 tỷ đồng.
Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh Trần Tiến Hưng đã có quyết định số 2138 về việc phê duyệt kết quả lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án Khu dân cư đô thị Cánh Buồm, phường Sông Trí, thị xã Kỳ Anh.
Theo đó, Khu dân cư đô thị Cánh Buồm là dự án đầu tư có sử dụng đất với tổng diện tích là 8,36 ha. Tổng chi phí thực hiện dự án là 160 tỷ đồng (không bao gồm chi phí giải phóng mặt bằng và tiền sử dụng đất), thời gian thực hiện là 24 tháng. Mục tiêu đầu tư dự án nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu về nhà ở của người dân trên địa bàn, góp phần phát triển đô thị tại Thị xã Kỳ Anh.

Trước đó, tại Quyết định 2667/QĐ-UBND, UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh đã phê duyệt kết quả sơ tuyển lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện Dự án Khu dân cư đô thị Cánh Buồm, phường Sông Trí, thị xã Kỳ Anh, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh. Công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Mỹ là nhà đầu tư duy nhất trúng sơ tuyển dự án.
Ngày 16/9/2019, dự án được Chủ tịch UBND UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh Trần Tiến Hưng ký quyết định số 3059/QĐ-UBND phê duyệt kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án. Do chỉ có một nhà đầu tư duy nhất vượt qua vòng sơ tuyển nên áp dụng theo hình thức chỉ định thầu.
Được biết, công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Mỹ được thành lập năm 2007 có trụ sở tại 47 Nguyễn Tuân, Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội. Đầu tháng 3/2020, doanh nghiệp này tăng mạnh vốn từ 680 lên 1.621 tỷ đồng.
