Vào dịp cuối năm, nhiều người sửa sang, trang trí lại nhà cửa để đón chào năm mới với những điều mới mẻ, may mắn và thành công. Tuy nhiên, khi sửa nhà đón Tết cần lưu ý những điều sau để cả năm gia đình đầm ấm, hạnh phúc, làm ăn phát tài.
Đối với những việc hệ trọng của đời người như xây sửa nhà, người Việt ta luôn quan niệm “có kiêng có lành”. Ghi nhớ những điều kiêng kị sau đây sẽ giúp gia chủ nắm bắt được những vấn đề cần phải tránh khi sửa nhà để mang đến phúc khí cho tổ ấm của mình.
Xem tuổi, chọn giờ lành tháng tốt
Nhiều người quan niệm, xây nhà mới là việc quan trọng cần phải xem tuổi và chọn ngày lành tháng tốt, còn sửa sang thì không cần thiết phải chú trọng đến điều trên. Theo các chuyên gia phong thủy, đúng là nếu chỉ sửa chữa nhỏ thì gia chủ không nhất thiết phải xem tuổi, chọn ngày giờ. Tuy nhiên, nếu sửa chữa, cải tạo nhiều như nâng tầng, làm lại mái, thay đổi thiết kế các phòng ốc… thì gia chủ cần phải xem tuổi, giờ lành tháng tốt để việc sửa chữa hợp phong thủy.
Mục đích chính của việc chọn thời gian sửa nhà là để biết được ngôi nhà có vượng khí trong thời gian nào, từ đó kích hoạt, bổ sung thêm. Đồng thời, cũng biết được căn nhà có khí xấu trong thời gian nào để hóa giải. Nếu việc sửa nhà có ngày giờ hợp với tuổi gia chủ thì sẽ kích hoạt được những dòng năng lượng tốt lành, việc xây sửa sẽ diễn ra hanh thông, thuận lợi, đem lại may mắn cho gia chủ.
Chú ý lựa chọn màu sơn
Theo nguyên lý ngũ hành, môi trường gồm 5 yếu tố Kim (kim loại), Mộc (cây cỏ), Thủy (nước), Hỏa (lửa), Thổ (đất). Mỗi yếu tố đều có những màu sắc đặc trưng. Khi sửa sang, khoác “màu áo” mới cho căn nhà của mình, ngoài yếu tố thẩm mỹ, nên lựa chọn màu sơn hợp với mệnh của gia chủ.
Nếu gia chủ mệnh Thủy nên chọn màu lam hoặc màu xám, mệnh Mộc thì chọn nâu hoặc xanh lục, mệnh Hỏa thì màu đỏ, Thổ thì chọn nâu, vàng, Kim thì màu trắng. Gia chủ cũng có thể chọn màu theo hướng tương sinh, ví dụ người mệnh Hỏa cũng có thể chọn màu xanh (của Mộc) theo nguyên tắc Mộc sinh Hỏa.
Không đặt bếp đối diện cửa
Bếp lửa không nên đặt đối diện với cửa nhà, cửa ra ban công, cửa phòng bếp, cửa phòng ngủ… vì như thế sẽ “bị phạm”. Người xưa nói rằng “mở cửa nhìn ngay thấy bếp, thì tiền tài hao hụt”. Điều này sẽ khiến bạn mất đi những may mắn, thậm chí ảnh hưởng lớn đến sức khỏe của người sống trong gia đình. Trên thực tế, nếu phòng bếp đối diện với cửa lớn, khi gió to thì sẽ làm tắt lửa.
Phương pháp hóa giải đơn giản nhất là bạn có thể làm rèm hoặc kệ, quầy bar… để che chắn.
Không được đặt gương tuỳ tiện trong ngôi nhà
Nhiều gia đình thường sử dụng gương để “tăng diện tích” cho ngôi nhà về mặt thị giác. Tuy nhiên, khi bày gương cần chú ý nhiều đến phong thủy. Đặc biệt là khu vực giường ngủ không nên đặt gương kính chiếu thẳng vào, vừa khiến người ngủ cảm giác lo âu, thấp thỏm và khí trường bị phản xạ hỗn loạn. Và tuyệt đối không để gương đối diện cửa ra vào.
Không để nhà vệ sinh ở trung tâm ngôi nhà
