Gần 23h đêm 27/7, Bộ Giao thông vận tải “hỏa tốc” phát đi văn bản yêu cầu tạm dừng toàn bộ hoạt động các loại hình vận tải chở khách đi/đến TP. Đà Nẵng trong 15 ngày, bắt đầu từ 0h ngày 28/7.
Bộ Giao thông vận tải (GTVT) cho biết, phương án này được triển khai theo chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về phòng chống dịch Covid-19 đang có diễn biến phức tạp tại Đà Nẵng.
Theo đó, Bộ GTVT giao Tổng cục Đường bộ Việt Nam, các Cục Hàng không Việt Nam, Cục Đường sắt Việt Nam, Cục Hàng hải Việt Nam, Cục Đường thủy nội địa Việt Nam phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan của TP. Đà Nẵng theo dõi, hướng dẫn và kịp thời xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong phạm vi quản lý.

Đối với hàng không, dừng toàn bộ các chuyến bay chở khách trên các đường bay nội địa đi/đến Đà Nẵng. Ưu tiên tăng chuyến để giải tỏa khách du lịch từ Đà Nẵng đi về các địa phương khác trước 0h ngày 28/7.
Các chuyến bay chở khách không đi/đến Đà Nẵng thực hiện khai thác bình thường. Không hạn chế đối với những chuyến bay không vận chuyển khách.
Đường bộ dừng hoạt động vận chuyển của các tuyến vận tải hành khách cố định liên tỉnh, nội tỉnh, các hoạt động vận tải của xe hợp đồng, xe du lịch, xe taxi, xe buýt đi/đến Đà Nẵng, trừ các trường hợp đặc biệt vì lí do công vụ, xe chở bệnh nhân, người hết thời gian cách ly; xe đưa đón công nhân, chuyên gia của các doanh nghiệp, xe vận chuyển phục vụ phòng chống dịch và các trường hợp cung cấp lương thực, thực phẩm, nhu yếu phẩm cần thiết, xe chuyên chở nguyên vật liệu sản xuất, hàng hóa…
Hoạt động vận chuyển của các tuyến vận tải hành khách cố định liên tỉnh, các hoạt động vận tải của xe hợp đồng, xe du lịch, taxi, xe buýt có hành trình qua Đà Nẵng thì không được dừng đỗ tại Đà Nẵng để đón đón trả, khách.
Với lĩnh vực đường sắt, tạm dừng toàn bộ hoạt động của tàu khách xuất phát và kết thúc tại ga Đà Nẵng. Tuyến đường sắt Hà Nội – TP.HCM khai thác bình thường nhưng không được đón, trả khách tại ga Đà Nẵng. Riêng các tàu khách SE5/SE6, SE9/SE10, SE27/SE28 đã xuất phát tại ga Hà Nội, ga Sài Gòn trước 0h ngày 28/7 có hành trình qua ga Đà Nẵng được dừng đỗ để trả khách tại ga.
Ngành đường sắt cho biết, khách hàng có vé đi, đến tại ga Đà Nẵng sẽ được hỗ trợ trả vé không thu phí trong những ngày tàu không đón trả khách.
Lĩnh vực đường thuỷ nội địa, Bộ GTVT yêu cầu dừng các chuyến tàu chở khách từ bờ ra đảo có điểm đi/đến là Đà Nẵng, trừ trường hợp đặc biệt.
