Trước việc giá vàng trong nước vượt qua ngưỡng 60 triệu đồng/lượng vào trưa ngày 6/8, các chuyên gia kinh tế cho biết giá sẽ tiếp tục tăng. Thậm chí chuyên gia kinh tế TS. Nguyễn Trí Hiếu cho rằng giá vàng có thể đạt mức 65 triệu đồng/lượng trong thời gian tới.
Sau khi tăng giá mạnh trong buổi sáng 6/8, giá vàng tiếp tục được các đơn vị kinh doanh điều chỉnh tăng vào buổi trưa cùng ngày. Theo đó, vào lúc 11h15, giá vàng SJC đã phá mốc 60 triệu đồng/lượng khi được niêm yết ở mức 59,45 – 60,7 triệu đồng/lượng (mua vào – bán ra).
Trao đổi với phóng viên về biến động giá vàng trong những ngày gần đây, chuyên gia kinh tế TS. Nguyễn Trí Hiếu cho biết giá vàng trên thế giới hiện tại đang tăng lên mức rất cao là trên 2.040 USD/ounce và giá vẫn đang trong xu hướng tăng. “Giá vàng sẽ tăng lên mức nào, có lẽ chưa thể đưa ra dự báo một cách chắc chắn. Nhưng có thể thấy giá vàng đang tiến tới mốc 2.050 USD/ounce và nếu vượt qua mốc này thì giá vàng có thể đạt đến mốc mới là 2.100 USD/ounce và thậm chí là 2.200 USD/ounce. Nếu giá vàng tiếp tục vượt qua mức này, nó sẽ tiến lên một mức giá cao hơn nữa. Xu hướng giá vàng tiếp tục tăng trong tuần tới là rất lớn”, TS Nguyễn Trí Hiếu nhấn mạnh.

Theo TS Nguyễn Trí Hiếu giá vàng trong nước đã vượt mức 60 triệu đồng/lượng và “có thể tiến tới mức 65 triệu đồng/lượng. Hiện giá vàng thế giới và vàng trong nước đều đang trong xu hướng tăng”.
Cũng theo vị chuyên gia này, giá vàng tiếp tục tăng bởi nhiều lý do. Thứ nhất tình hình dịch bệnh trên thế giới ngày càng nghiêm trọng. Thứ hai là chính phủ các nước có những gói hỗ trợ, bơm lượng tiền lớn vào lưu thông nên đẩy lạm phát lên, đẩy giá cả hàng hóa tăng trong đó có cả giá vàng. Thứ ba, vàng là nơi trú ẩn an toàn trong mọi thời điểm. Từ trước đến nay, có rất nhiều nhà đầu tư vào vàng để tránh khủng hoảng. Thứ tư là địa dư chính trị trên thế giới rất phức tạp, vấn đề Mỹ – Trung đang căng thẳng, đã có những biện pháp “ăn miếng – trả miếng” lẫn nhau. Trước những bất ổn của nền kinh tế thế giới và vấn đề đại dịch Covid-19 đã khiến các nhà đầu tư lo lắng và đổ tiền vào vàng.
Cùng với đó, cuộc chiến tranh thương mại Trung – Mỹ, vấn đề nước Anh rời khỏi Liên minh châu Âu đang làm cho nền kinh tế thế giới suy sụp rất nhanh. Theo nhiều dự báo, GDP toàn cầu năm nay sẽ giảm vào khoảng âm 5%. Ngay tại Mỹ, báo cáo kinh tế quý II mới đây so với quý trước cũng giảm. Trên cơ sở cả năm thì GDP của Mỹ đã giảm 32,99%, mức giảm sâu chưa từng có. Tất cả những yếu tố này thúc đẩy giá vàng đi lên.
Tương tự, chuyên gia tài chính Ngô Trí Long cũng cho biết việc giá vàng vượt mốc 60 triệu đồng/lượng trưa ngày 6/8 vẫn sẽ chưa phải là đỉnh của giá vàng trong năm nay. Theo chuyên gia Ngô Trí Long, tình hình giá vàng trong nước hoàn toàn phụ thuộc vào giá vàng thế giới. Nhưng thời điểm hiện tại nền kinh tế thế giới đang trong cuộc suy thoái bởi những tác động tiêu cực của dịch Covid-19, cũng như tình hình căng thẳng Mỹ – Trung Quốc leo thang khiến cho các nhà đầu tư tìm đến những kênh trú ẩn an toàn.
Thời điểm này, đồng đô la Mỹ, dầu mỏ và diễn biến kinh tế thế giới đều đang suy giảm nên nhu cầu về vàng của giới đầu tư tăng rất cao bởi họ coi đây là một kênh đầu tư an toàn. Nguồn cầu vàng tăng mạnh nhưng khả năng cung ứng của các công ty khai thác là có hạn, không tăng kịp, do đó dẫn đến hiện tượng giá vàng thế giới liên tục thiết lập những đỉnh mới những ngày gần đây.
Chuyên gia Ngô Trí Long cho biết diễn biến của giá vàng thế giới và trong nước thời gian tới sẽ phụ thuộc vào tình hình kiểm soát dịch Covid-19 của các quốc gia và sự phục hồi của nền kinh tế của các nước. Tuy nhiên, những ảnh hưởng của đại dịch Covid-19 có thể nói đang khiến nền kinh tế thế giới bị rơi vào cuộc “đại suy thoái”, còn đại diện WHO đã có nhận định tác động của dịch bệnh viêm đường hô hấp cấp Covid-19 sẽ kéo dài trong cả 1 thập kỷ. Do đó, giá vàng trong nước và thế giới sẽ tiếp tục chiều hướng tăng trong thời gian tới.

Chuyên gia Nguyễn Trí Hiếu cho rằng với những người muốn mua vàng phải cẩn thận bởi giá vàng lúc nào cũng có thể đảo chiều. Giá vàng đã liên tục đảo chiều trong những tháng vừa qua, đặc biệt trong tháng 3/2020, giá vàng đảo chiều đã khiến nhiều nhà đầu tư thiệt hại lớn. Tuy nhiên, theo ông xác xuất giá vàng tăng là 70% và tỷ lệ giá vàng sẽ đi xuống chỉ chiếm 30%.
Do đó, với những nhà đầu tư vàng đây có thể là thời điểm để xem xét mua bởi những kênh đầu tư khác không hấp dẫn. Lãi suất ngân hàng ngày càng giảm, thị trường bất động sản bị tác động bởi dịch bệnh, nhất là BĐS nghỉ dưỡng, BĐS hạng sang, BĐS công nghiệp. Chứng khoán vẫn lình xình quanh mức 800 điểm. Ngoại hối từ đầu năm đến giờ không thay đổi nhiều. Thành ra vàng đang trở thành kênh đầu tư sinh lời cao nhất khi đã tăng tới 40% kể từ đầu năm.
Tuy nhiên, vị chuyên gia này cũng cảnh báo những người đầu tư vàng không nên mua theo kiểu lướt sóng. Bởi việc mua đi bán lại như thế này rất nguy hiểm do giá vàng có thể lao dốc bất ngờ. Người mua vàng đầu tư thì nên giữ trong quãng thời gian 6 tháng. Đồng thời cũng cần phải phân bổ những rủi ro trong đầu tư bằng việc không nên bỏ tất cả trứng vào một giỏ. Có thể đầu tư vàng một phần, bên cạnh đó cũng cần tính đến các kênh đầu tư khác như chứng khoán, gửi tiền tiết kiệm ngân hàng để giảm thiểu những rủi ro.
Chuyên gia kinh tế Ngô Trí Long đưa ra lời khuyên nhà đầu tư phải có tính chuyên nghiệp về lĩnh vực mà mình đầu tư: phải am hiểu, có chuyên môn, có khả năng dự báo, phân tích đánh giá. Bởi nguyên tắc trong đầu tư là rủi ro càng cao thì lợi nhuận càng cao.
