Tổng tài sản của VinFast đến cuối tháng 6/2020 ở mức trên 107.000 tỷ đồng, được hình thành từ trên 28.000 tỷ đồng vốn chủ sở hữu và khoảng 79.000 tỷ đồng nợ phải trả.

Công ty TNHH Sản xuất và Kinh doanh VinFast mới đây đã gửi báo cáo cập nhật tình hình tài chính 6 tháng đầu năm 2020 tới Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX).
Theo đó, nửa đầu năm nay, VinFast lỗ sau thuế 6.591 tỷ đồng. Con số này gấp hơn 4 lần mức lỗ cùng kỳ năm ngoái là 1.570 tỷ đồng.
Việc VinFast thua lỗ là nằm trong dự tính bởi doanh nghiệp này vẫn đang trong giai đoạn đầu phát triển, đòi hỏi phải giảm sâu giá bán và đặc biệt là chi phí khấu hao rất lớn.
Mặc dù lỗ nặng nhưng tính đến hết ngày 30/6/2020, vốn chủ sở hữu của VinFast vẫn tăng hơn 3.000 tỷ đồng, lên mức 28.116 tỷ đồng.
Hệ số nợ/vốn chủ sở hữu ở mức 2,81 lần, tương ứng nợ phải trả vào khoảng 79.000 tỷ đồng.
Như vậy, tổng nguồn vốn của VinFast hiện lên đến trên 107.000 tỷ đồng. Tổng tài sản theo đó ở mức tương tự.

VinFast hiện đang cung cấp hai dòng sản phẩm. Thứ nhất là xe ô tô, gồm 3 mẫu xe chính là Fadil, Lux A2.0 và Lux SA2.0; ngoài ra còn có mẫu xe giới hạn VinFast President. Thứ hai là xe máy điện, gồm 3 mẫu xe chính là Klara, Ludo và Impes.
Từ tháng 5 đến tháng 7/2020, mẫu xe VinFast Fadil giữ vị trí đầu bảng về doanh số, vượt qua những mẫu xe “làm mưa làm gió” tại thị trường Việt Nam nhiều năm nay như Kia Morning, Huyndai i10. Cả 3 mẫu xe VinFast Fadil, Lux A2.0 và Lux SA2.0 đều lọt vào top 10 mẫu xe bán chạy nhất thị trường ở từng phân khúc.
Trong một diễn biến mới đây, VinFast đã ký kết thỏa thuận mua trung tâm thử nghiệm xe Lang Lang (bang Victoria, Úc).
Việc mua lại trung tâm thử nghiệm Lang Lang là bước đi quan trọng sau quyết định thành lập Viện Công nghệ ô tô 2 và khai trương văn phòng tại Melbourne tại Úc. Sở hữu Lang Lang được kỳ vọng sẽ giúp VinFast đẩy nhanh quá trình tự chủ trong công nghiệp xe hơi, tiến gần mục tiêu ra mắt những mẫu xe có năng lực cạnh tranh toàn cầu.
“Hiện công tác nghiên cứu, phát triển sản phẩm của VinFast đang có những bước tiến thần tốc. Do đó, việc sở hữu một trung tâm thử nghiệm hiện đại như Lang Lang giúp ích rất nhiều cho hoạt động của chúng tôi”, ông Kevin Yardley, Viện trưởng Viện Công nghệ ô tô 2 của VinFast cho biết.
